Oxygen: ship's sensor, ml or mg per L. calibrated by Technician.
Beam attenuation: ship's equipment
Chlorophyll: micrograms per liter
Nutrient concentrations: micromoles per liter
cell counts: cells per liter for all but Trichodesmium
Trichodesmium: filaments per liter
