Abstract

This dataset includes dates, locations, and estimated length of lionfish (Pterois volitans) that were sighted near Eleuthera, Bahamas during the summer of 2012.

This dataset includes dates, locations, and estimated length of lionfish (Pterois volitans) that were sighted near Eleuthera, Bahamas during the summer of 2012. Lionfish that were handled (collected) are reported in this dataset, as well as in the "lionfish collections Eleuthera" dataset, which contains additional information about the collected fish.
