Methods & Sampling

Dataset acquisition description

Viability determined with CellTracker Green CMFDA (Life Technologies); specimens >63 µm. Experimental conditions inside Biospherix C-chambers were controlled with Biospherix ProO2 and ProCO2 sensors and controllers. These Biospherix systems have 2% precision.
