Abstract

This dataset presents compound specific isotopic analysis (15N) of the amino acids of salps and hyperiid amphipods collected near the Chatham Rise on the SalpPOOP (TAN1810) cruise. The cruise focus was on studying the impact of salp blooms and marine biogeochemistry and food webs. Stable isotopes were measured to investigate trophic positions of salps and hyperiid amphipods.
