Abstract

This dataset consists of images of individual zooplankton taken by an in-situ camera system (the SPC UW ZooCam) that was deployed on the Hoodsport ORCA profiling mooring in Hood Canal (Puget Sound), WA in summer 2018. Images were taxonomically identified by expert zooplankton ecologists.
