The unique alphanumeric identifier used for each recruitment module, e.g., ARM01-04. "ARM" denotes recruitment module, the following "01" is the year, 2001. The last set of alphanumerics denotes the actual RM, in this case number 4, "04." An"A" or "B" preceeding the last number was used when an RM was replaced, "B," and those retained, "A", until all were replaced. This process began in 2014.
